Come enjoy a peaceful, quiet stay at the Big Blue Waters first family's historic estate, Monroe Manor Inn Bed & Breakfast in South Haven, Michigan.
SUMMER SPECIAL: Starting May 5, 2008, book three weeknights Monday - Thursday for a special rate of $139.00 night, which includes wine and snacks at 5pm and a full breakfast in the morning. (Master Suite is $149.00 per night)

Our bed and breakfast is conveniently located off 1-96 exit # 20 just five minutes from South Haven's beautiful Lake Michigan Marina, Van Buren State Park Beaches and Downtown shopping and food district.
Nestled on a 5 acre park-like setting and located only minutes from Lake Michigan's Big Blue Water, our South Haven bed and breakfast features floral gardens, tennis court, large outdoor Jacuzzi, wedding gazebo and a wrap around Victorian porch, accommodating morning breakfasts, afternoon cocktails, and romantic evenings.
The bed and breakfast is an 1800's classic mansion, completely modernized and restored, saving the classic old time charm, yet all modern conveniences have been added.
Whether you want to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, or just that much needed getaway from the hectic, fast-paced life of today, you will feel relaxed during your stay at Monroe Manor Inn and return to life refreshed and energized. Whether you are from the Chicago or Detroit area, our South Haven, Michigan bed and breakfast is just a short two hour drive away, which makes for an easy getaway for the weekend.
The inn is located a short five minute drive from most South Haven, Michigan activities .
Please note check in with staff is between 3:00pm and 8:00 pm. Late arrivals must pre-arranged with Inn Keepers. If not checked in by 10:00pm an hourly fee of $25.00 will result until 12:00 midnight, after midnight a no show action will result with full charges according to policy. A late check out will result in additional fees also of $25.00 per hour.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately circumstances for cancelation outside the policy cannot be considered in all fairness to everyone. We will make every effort to re-book the room in order to meet your needs.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
1) Holiday/Festival weekends require 30 day notice of cancellation.
2} Cancellation 14 days or less will result in a full charge.
3) Deviation from the above policies are at the discretion of the Inn owners. Any exceptions
agreed to must result in a three month time frame.
4) $25.00 cancellation/re-booking fee
5) All policies are subject to change without notice.
